Our Advanced plan is for customers who not only want 24 x 7 monitoring of their environment but also want remote support included in the flat monthly rate.

The Advanced plan includes all of the monitoring and reporting of our Basic plan and adds:

• Unlimited remote support during regular business hours
• Discounted rate for onsite and project work – $100/hour (trip charge applies)

All of this for a flat monthly rate of $50 per server & $25 per workstation!
