Our Managed Services plans are designed to proactively monitor your environment and discover those small problems before they become large, costly issues. We offer 3 levels of service based on your needs. All plans include our 24 x 7 monitoring of servers, desktops and network devices. Our monitoring includes the following:
- Antivirus – Checks that your antivirus is running the most current version and that your virus definitions are updated to ensure you are always protected
- Critical Events – Alerts us to any critical events that may impact your environment so we can fix them before they become a major problem
- Backups – Reviews your latest data backups to make sure they are working and your data is protected
- Drive Space – Checks to see that the rate of growth on any drive doesn’t exceed a set threshold
- Physical Health – Monitors for any disk or memory alerts or failures
- Basic Preventative Maintenance – Clears temporary files and insures that Windows patches are being applied as needed
and much more!
With our Basic plan, if a problem is discovered, we will contact you, advise you of the issue and let you decide how we proceed. Additionally, you will receive a discounted hourly labor rate.
Our Advanced plan is for customers who not only want 24 x 7 monitoring of their environment but also want remote support included for a flat monthly rate. The Advanced plan includes all of the monitoring and reporting of our Basic plan and adds unlimited remote support during regular business hours.
For those customers that want the highest level of support and total cost certainty, the Complete plan may be the answer. In addition to the monitoring and reporting of the Basic plan and the unlimited remote support of the Advanced plan, the Complete plan also includes unlimited onsite support during regular business hours.
